How Online Payments Are Processed
Deposits are usually instant — but not always
A deposit passes through your bank or payment app, the payment processor and the platform. A delay at any of those points can leave money "debited but not credited" for a while.
Keep the transaction reference from your bank or payment app (for example, a UTR for Indian bank transfers). It is the fastest way for support to trace a payment.
Why withdrawals take longer
Withdrawals usually involve checks before money is released: identity (KYC), whether the method matches the account holder, and fraud screening. These checks protect the account holder as well as the platform.
Name matching
Payments generally need to come from and go to accounts in the same name as the Maxwinexch account. Third-party payments are a common cause of holds.
Keep records
Screenshot each deposit and withdrawal confirmation with date, amount and reference. Records turn a long support conversation into a quick fix.
